If you have a query about a particular record you have purchased, go to myAccount in the myGenhound section (make sure you are signed in first). In the 'Records purchased' table click on the 
email icon for the particular record purchase you are querying. This will allow you to send an email which includes the transaction ID number so that Genhound will be able to locate the information on the record purchase you are querying.
